Adepticon Hirst Seminar

For the fourth year, I have the pleasure of instructing a Hirst Arts terrain seminar at Adepticon. The class focuses on hands-on plaster casting, allowing students to work with a variety of Hirst molds. In addition, each participant will receive a selection of pre-cast bricks to build their own terrain piece during the seminar. Students will be able to choose a selection of either Gothic or Sci-Fi bricks for the building project.

Seminar lecture will cover topics such as:

• plaster types
• how to paint the finished terrain
• how to create your own molds
• basics of resin casting

Classes are scheduled for Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 3:30 pm to 5:30  pm.   Attendance is limited to 10 students per class, so be sure to sign up today!

What is Adepticon?  A three day gamer run convention featuring tournaments for 40K, WFB, Lord of the Rings, Epic, Warhammer Ancients and Battle Fleet Gothic.  In addition to the competative events: hobby seminars, game demos, vendor hall, painting competition and a bitz swap are scheduled.
